"But what does 'virtually' mean?" We've heard this question quite a bit since announcing that IMPACT will be a hybrid event.

IMPACT being offered virtually means you can participate where you are, on your schedule, without missing out! All you need is an internet connection, ideas and enthusiasm! If you can't view sessions live due to other responsibilities, or you are torn between concurrent sessions, it's no problem. All sessions will be recorded and available to all paid attendees after the conference to watch when time allows. Also, the first 50 virtual attendees are guaranteed a goody bag with games, yummy treats and fun delivered directly to you!

Maybe you are now asking, "But what if I want to attend in-person?" That's great! We welcome you to join us in Colorado, and want you to be assured we will follow current guidance and recommendations to provide an educational and networking experience with additional safety measures for your comfort. The Broadmoor has also put extended measures in place. (Don't worry, you'll get goody bags on-site!)

Wondering why we made IMPACT hybrid? Because so many conferences and meetings in the textile care industry have been cancelled due to the pandemic, we consider it our proud duty to provide this opportunity to share information, thoughts and best practices as we all find new ways to move forward through these times.

For more details about IMPACT 2020 or to register, please visit the IMPACT website. We hope to see you soon!

To help first responders, medical transports, nursing homes and schools in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, area with their urgent need for hand sanitizer, Washing Systems (WSI) donated cases of 16 ounce bottles. WSI was able to reach many local organizations quickly and supply them at no charge. Individuals and organizations were able to pick up bottles at WSI’s Loveland, Ohio, corporate office, Xavier University or arrange for delivery.

WSI representatives said it was extremely gratifying to hear that their donation came at just the right time, as some companies reported they had emptied their last bottle the previous day.

Also, employees of WSI’s corporate office were able to take cases of hand sanitizer for their kids’, grandkids’, spouse’s or community's classrooms, as WSI realizes the safety of all students and school staff is very important in this pandemic environment.
