Have you acquired your CLLM yet? Bet you're thinking you don't have the time...but you're wrong! A CLLM Review can help you learn all you need to know to prepare for the exam in weeks instead of months!

CLLM Review sessions provide instructor-led training of the CLLM Program material. During the two-and-a-half-day training program, gain insight into the course material to help prepare for the certification exam, tap into the knowledge and experience of seasoned industry veterans, and share ideas and solutions with others in your field. A CLLM Review session includes two full days of instruction, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with an opportunity to take the CLLM Exam on-site on the third day from 8-11 a.m.

If you don't want to take your exam during the session, you are welcome to take a proctored exam at a later time at an approved facility. Please note, the review session is not a replacement for studying the CLLM book. It is simply an additional means of taking in the knowledge needed to prepare for the exam.

Over the last five years, the fire industry has ramped up its focus on firefighter safety. It’s not enough to only provide staff with the highest-quality protective gear manufactured with cutting-edge fabrics and technical fibers. Today, we know that gear has to be cleaned in the proper way to not only maintain the integrity of those protective fibers, but also remove the dangerous carcinogens.

The vast amounts of dairy waste produced in Europe can be recycled and used to make textiles, according to Swiss fibre company Swicofil, which has offered textile fibers extracted from milk proteins for the last few years.

The international detergent group Christeyns, with U.S. branches Christeyns Laundry Technology, LLC, and Cole & Wilson, LLC, headquartered in East Bridgewater, MA, strengthens its position in the Scandinavian market with the acquisition of the laundry activities of two local players, Lilleborg and Novadan.

Keith Ware was one of four panel members who spoke to a crowded room of people during a conference session at the Clean Show in Las Vegas on June 7. Titled "Tips and Lessons Learned for entering the Commercial Laundry Industry," Mr. Ware offered practical advice and shared insights gleaned from his 30 years of success with laundry operations and, since 2014, as vice president of sales with Lavatec Laundry Technology Inc.
