Hot towels, fresh from a laundromat, were found to be the cause of a fire inside of Soul and Sea Restaurant located in Penn Hills. The fire marshal reported the towels reached 200 degrees then smoldered for nearly four hours.
“It’s when it gets contaminated with other things like hydrocarbon such as gasoline, motor oil, or wood free finishing products, such as linseed oil or even standard cooking oil, can sometimes cause these problems,” said Daniels.

The members are standing against the reverse charge mechanism which puts the responsibility of paying the goods or services tax on the recipient, rather than the supplier.

The textile and pharmaceutical industry in Pakistan has declined, and more than 5,000 industrial units have closed in the past four years. The cause of this decline is attributed to high fuel costs, unreliable utilities, and a shortage of raw materials.
A former managing director, Muhammad Saleem Farooqi notes, “The business was no longer feasible due to shortages of water, gas and electricity, as we could not meet the demand of exporters.”
