Ralph Hidalgo is a system linen director at Adventist Health West, specializing in environmental services and linen management. He manages multi-million-dollar budgets and focuses on cost savings and improving patient satisfaction through innovative linen technologies, having recovered millions in linen losses. With over two decades of experience, Ralph effectively manages large teams, navigates regulatory challenges, and enhances safety standards. His bilingual skills in English and Spanish, along with his training expertise, make him a significant asset in the industry.
