Quikrete Holdings Inc. plans to buy West Chester Township-based Contech Engineered Solutions, the companies announced last week. The purchase price was $950 million, according to Moody's. The deal has been approved by the boards of both companies and is expected to close later this month. (Cincinnati Enquirer)

Prepare Affair is an annual event that helps low-income seniors and people with disabilities make winter preparations and stay safely in their homes. We are looking to put an ACI-YP crew together that would be willing to dedicate a small amount of time to help make a big difference for someone in need.
