Newport and Dayton are included in Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Government grants announced Thursday — for a total of $7,172,960 for three projects. The grants include: Newport-South Monmouth: $3,212,560; Newport-South Monmouth underpass: $3,074,400; Dayton-Riverfront Commons: $886,000.
