This year come join us at "The Deck" in Washington Park, located in OTR, for ACI's Party in the Park on October 4, 2017. The party will start at 3:30 pm with Hungry Bros Food truck, games, prizes and great networking.
ACI has partnered with Xavier University to build future leaders through the development of leadership management, organization, personal effectiveness & decision making skills. These bi-weekly sessions will be instructed by Xavier Faculty and experts in their fields. Sessions start September 18, 2017. ACI will be having its 5th Annual Clay Shoot on October 19, 2017. Come join us at Sycamore Sportsmen's Club and enjoy a day of shooting clay and networking.
Greater Cincinnati construction companies spent the day volunteering at Stepping Stones’ summer day camp for children and teens with disabilities. Forty volunteers from 13 construction companies served side-by-side as camp buddies, joining campers in fishing, art and music activities.

They cut the ribbon at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company's new $17.5 million theater in Over-the-Rhine Friday night. Designed by GBBN Architects and built by Messer Construction, the interior of the 38,000 square-foot facility is a subdued mix of grays with a smattering of surfaces crafted from repurposed barn board, much of it decorated with Shakespeare quotes engraved, etched and mounted on every imaginable inch of space.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a financing mechanism that enables low-cost, long-term funding for energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation projects. PACE financing is repaid as an assessment on the property’s regular tax bill, and is processed the same way as other local public benefit assessments (sidewalks, sewers) have been for decades. Depending on local legislation, PACE can be used for commercial, nonprofit and residential prop.
