"If you sell goods or services online, you’re at the mercy of the cloud provider, and someone, somewhere wants to buy your products," Jim O’Brien, Infintech payment processing advisor, explains. "The only reliance you have is that the credit card processor returns an approval code and then you get the money. There’s no guarantee that whoever is using the card is the same person making the purchase."
It’s no surprise that late supplier payments is a growing issue in the B2B space. Some of the latest research, however, is shedding light on just how many businesses are affected.

With plans to build about 50 homes and a commercial plaza resembling a "town center," a developer is planting a seed that over the next few decades could grow into essentially a built-from-scratch village in rural Warren County. Union Village, as the $1.5 billion development has been named, will be developed by a for-profit affiliate of Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, which has a nearby senior living center in Lebanon. (Dayton Business Journal)
A $9 million skilled nursing home and rehabilitation center is coming to Union Township and bringing 135 jobs with it. The 99-bed facility will be built on about 14.5 acres of vacant land next to the Joe Kidd Automotive dealership at 1065 Ohio Pike.
