ACI is in the process of developing an effective marketing plan for improved communication with our members. Our goal is for members to know what we are doing and what we’ve accomplished. Please review the list below of ACI Successes in 2016. These achievements were shared April 19^th with the ACI Board, Committee Chairs and Staff during our annual Strategic Plan Review. April 27, 2017 (7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) @ Indiana Wesleyan University

$212.7 million in renovations are designed to extend the Union Terminal’s current life as the Cincinnati Museum Center’s home. Mostly funded by a voter-approved Hamilton County sales tax, the project focuses on replacing and repairing deteriorating parts of the Art Deco icon. (Cincinnati Enquirer)

Improvements made to one of Fairfield’s most congested and accident-prone intersections have earned the city Ohio’s first Greenroads Foundation certification. (Cincinnati Enquirer)

Sharonville City Council has cleared the way for Enclave Apartments to expand. The multifamily development opened in 2014, and currently rents 136 units among 11 buildings. The 12th building will add 14 units on the 18-acre site on Hauck Road, north of Interstate 275. (Community Press)
