CINCINNATI, OH: The Greater Cincinnati Construction Foundation, a key fundraising source for ACI and the commercial construction industry, was awarded a $101,500 Impact 100 grant for workforce development on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.

The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber plans to put the pedal to the metal on its Minority Business Accelerator. It unveiled a new goal Thursday: Take the accelerator, which has booked $1 billion in sales and hired 3,500 people since it was created in 2003, and double its aggregate sales and jobs in five years. In other words, the chamber wants the next half-decade to cover the same ground as the accelerator’s first 13 years.

Work on some road projects in Springfield Township are winding to a close, but future projects are in the pipeline and officials are preparing applications for additional grants for more improvements to township streets.
