Plan Room
The city's Planning Commission approved a zoning change Friday to allow the University of Cincinnati Neuroscience Institute to build a new outpatient facility in Corryville to expand services. The new building will put UC's sprawling brain-science practice under one roof. (Cincinnati Enquirer)
