AGC Challenges OSHA's Silica Rule

On behalf of AGC of America, the Louisiana AGC, challenged the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) final rule on silica in the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. OSHA's final rule, released on March 25, 2016, details steps employers must take to reduce exposure of employees to silica dust.
