AIA Georgia has been closely following SB 255, a bill that would prohibit state building managers from pursuing any green/sustainable certification program (Earthcraft, Green Globe, LEED, etc) that does not endorse the use of Georgia Grown woods that meet the green stamp programs developed by the timber industry. We are looking closely at the bill and talking to a wide variety of advisors and expect to make some decisions on our plan of action soon. Please click Learn More for additional information.
