The 2014 Georgia Legislative Session is likely to see legislation that will define the process of how architects, contractors, and engineers will engage in public-private partnerships (P3s) on certain projects. In anticipation of such legislation, the AIA Georgia PAC is hosting the 2nd annual "Breakfast with Benefits" with the focus on Public-Private Partnerships on Thursday, August 15. With P3s being so popular in Canada, Europe, and South America, experts are predicting they are the wave of the future for major projects for the construction industry.
