In an effort to further elevate excellence in design, AIA Georgia has partnered with local allied organizations to focus attention on all aspects of the design profession. This year AIA Georgia invites members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Georgia Association, the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Georgia Chapter, the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Georgia Chapter, the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Georgia Chapter and The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta District Council to present their best work for consideration.

Have you seen the Architects in Action PAC Board of Trustees or members of the AIA Georgia and AIA Atlanta Boards donning fancy new name badges showing their support for the PAC? If you haven’t yet, you are about to! AIA members are stepping up to the plate and showing how important it is for architects to be involved and engaged in the political process. The City of Suwanee (Georgia) seeks to commission a professional artist, architect, exterior graphic designer, landscape architect, or other suitable discipline (or team of individuals) to design, fabricate, and install an appropriate display of Remembrance, the City’s World Trade Center artifact. The artifact weighs 1,678 lbs. and is approximately 90" long by 89" wide and 55" high. Experience working with material of this scale and type is required.
