Early registration is always recommended and encouraged in order for attendees to receive the best possible value for the event. For 2012, there are three different registration rates: Early Bird, Advance, and Post Advance/On-site. Registering early can save AIA members as much as $100 and Associate members as much as $50. The Early Bird deadline is March 20, 2012 and the Advance Rate deadline is April 17, 2012.

The State Construction Manual (SCM) serves as a guide to assist state agencies, design professionals, special consultants and construction professionals with the processes and procedures for completing capital projects for the State of Georgia. The SCM is a collaboration of the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission and the Board of Regents, in consultation with other state entities and industry experts.
