AIA Georgia Grassroots Day marks your opportunity to meet legislators and express your ideas regarding building the economy and growing the future of your profession. This year, we're enhancing the opportunities for Continuing Education, Networking and Knowledge. Our annual collaboration with ACEC/GA and AGC now includes a breakfast session at the Georgia Freight Depot with Mike Beatty, Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, followed by a tour of the capitol and legislative visits. Then we'll have lunch back at the Depot with legislators and a program related to issues affecting the A/E/C industries. Invited lunchtime speakers are Doug Galloway with the Georgia Transportation Alliance and Governor Nathan Deal. More legislative visits will round out a great day.
