As the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) and the Board of Regents (BOR) continue efforts to standardize contracts, they are uniting to form a Contracts Committee that will be reviewing and making necessary revisions to State Contracts. This committee will be supported and led by their legal teams and seek to recruit committee members from industry partners. Prior to forming the committee, they are hosting a Roundtable Discussion on June 16th to gain input and feedback pertaining to state contracts relative to design and construction.
