Atlanta COTE Meeting

September COTE - Community Outreach

Date: Saturday, September 12th, 2015

Time: Morning to mid-afternoon. To be Determine, (See tentative agenda below)

Place: To be Determined (3 locations in Atlanta close to each other)

EVENT: COTE Community Outreach - We will be helping Hope Works at www.HopeWorks4Us.org. This organization puts organization like ours, with widows who are still trying to live independently by providing resources and labor to help make their homes more energy efficient. We will be installing weatherstripping, LED lights, insulation, and other energy related items.

OUR MISSION: Provide volunteers. Please be available to help at the designated time on Saturday September 12th. Morning to mid-afternoon. Richard Hanson our Outreach Chair will be going to each site prior to the 12th. He will assess what we will be doing to each house, He will purchase necessary items to complete the jobs out of his own pocket. Any donations from our COTE Group or others would go to Richard to pay him back. If we have any extra donations we will donate them to Hope Works. So please do what you can. Please Volunteer: Please RSVP to Bill Abnalle if you can help on Saturday, September 12th from AM to mid-afternoon (we will finalize the time after Richard is able to assess the houses). the more the better. The more volunteers the more items we will be able to do.
