Join Our April CE Webinar Applications of Conflicts of Interest in Healthcare: Lessons from the Legal Profession

The Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP) is pleased to announce our April webinar program with attorney Fred DeVore.

In today’s complex healthcare landscape, the integrity of product evaluations and purchasing decisions hinges on a clear, consistent approach to managing conflict of interest (COI). This essential AHVAP webinar will explore how COI can affect healthcare value analysis processes and outcomes—and how professionals can proactively safeguard transparency, objectivity, and trust.

Designed specifically for healthcare value analysis professionals, this interactive session will break down the types of conflicts that may arise, from relationships with vendors to internal pressures, and discuss the real-world consequences of unmanaged COI. Attendees will learn how to identify red flags, implement ethical decision-making frameworks, and adopt policies that protect both patients and institutions.
