We’re excited to invite you to the inaugural AHVAP Industry Partner Immersion Experience, taking place in Charlotte, NC on January 28–29, 2026 — an action-packed, in-person program designed to deepen collaboration between industry and healthcare value analysis teams and accelerate real-world adoption of evidence-based solutions. This new program is a Signature Educational Experience that is part of the AHVAP University Platform.

This two-day experience begins with an optional, highly recommended pre-conference micro-credential on January 28 — AHVAP Certification Center Micro-Credentials in Value Analysis Foundations & Principles and Advanced Strategies & Implementation — that teaches the Johns Hopkins EBP framework adapted for value analysis and awards digital micro-credential badges upon completion. The main Immersion follows on January 29 with immersive sessions focused on how products move from concept to bedside and how industry partners can build strategic, transformational relationships with health systems.

• Practical, hands-on learning labs and evidence-driven demos that translate innovation into implementable solutions.
• Role-play simulation: pitch a product to a value analysis committee and get live feedback from VA leaders — an invaluable rehearsal for real vendor-reviews.
• Interdisciplinary panels featuring clinicians, infection preventionists, supply-chain executives, and VA leaders to surface the real workflow challenges and success factors.
• Networking lunch with preceptors, small-group strategic roundtables, and an action planning wrap-up that leaves you with immediate next steps and tools to bring back to customers.
