The Certification in Error Proofing Techniques is a free, online training program from the Management and Strategy Institute that teaches how to design processes and systems that prevent mistakes before they happen. The course focuses on Poka-Yoke methods, covering practical strategies such as the Contact Method, Fixed-Value Method, and Motion-Step Method, along with real-world applications. It’s part of MSI’s continuing education series for Six Sigma professionals, offering a concise 50-minute learning experience followed by a free online exam and digital certificate.
Upon completion of your exam, you will be eligible to claim two (2) continuing education credits towards recertification of your AHVAP Certification Center Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHPTM) designation.
