The Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP) Certification Center is pleased to announce that registration for the Infection Control Value Analysis Specialist Micro-Credential May Cohort is NOW OPEN. This innovative micro-credential program is the first of its kind in the medical industry and has been developed based on current infection control evidence-based guidelines and product regulatory requirements.
Our training series will consist of three live, interactive sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of mitigating the challenges associated with supply chain disruptions. Topics will include:
- Current Evidence-Based Guidelines for Infection Prevention & Control
- Changing Landscapes of FDA and EPA Regulation for Infection Control-Related Products
- Clinical Selection Criteria for Infection Control-Related Products and Technologies such as hand hygiene, medical devices, disinfectants, personal protective equipment, and more
Whether you are a value analysis leader, professional, consultant, industry partner, infection preventionist, or other healthcare professional, this training series will provide you with valuable skills that you can apply in your day-to-day work and protect your patients. Program Accreditation/Micro-Credential:
Upon successful completion of the entire program, attendees will receive 6.0 hours of Continuing Education towards CVAHP™ recertification, CBIC IPUs, or nursing licenses/certifications. Upon completion of the certification test, you will be issued a digital badge highlighting your new micro-credential through our digital badging partner-Credly.
In addition, attendees will receive the following resources:

The training series will take place over three interactive sessions. We will provide all the necessary materials and resources for you to participate fully in the training.
