AHVAP President’s Letter

The past 90 days have been a true world wind for the AHVAP team as we wind down our management relationship with Caphill Management Services and make the full transition over to our new management partner. I am pleased to announce that this transition is now fully complete. Many of you have noticed the substantial improvements in customer service, responsiveness, and general member support over the past 90 days from our new management partner. As your President, I take member feedback very seriously, and we heard from many of you that you needed more from our AHVAP HQ team. You asked, and I am pleased to share that your Board of Directors has delivered based on this feedback. We will continue to raise the bar of excellence in our membership offerings in every aspect of our association.

During 2023, we will continue to expand the reach of our Association but equally important, to advance the specialty of healthcare value analysis. If you are not currently CVAHP certified, I encourage you to become certified. If you know a colleague that is not yet a member of AHVAP, recruit them to join. If you have a resource that would be helpful to your colleagues, send it to info@ahvap.org to have it posted on our growing resource library. AHVAP is in a continuous state of innovation and growth just as our profession is. Our trajectory is bright, and our reach is growing more influential by the day. Make sure that you are following our various social media channels on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Soon we will be formally launching a brand-new YouTube channel to further disseminate our educational content and messaging.

The most valued asset within our Association is YOU ─ our members. You are appreciated! Thank you for your continued support of AHVAP and our profession. 2023 is going to be something to celebrate as we continue to advance our profession.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Eisenberg, MSN, RN, CVAHP
2022 AHVAP President
Board of Directors
