Message from the President
Dear ASHHRA Colleagues, For most of us, and especially those in human resources, current events can play a dramatic role in our professional lives. The recent deaths of three African Americans under upsetting circumstances and the unrest that has followed, are somber examples of this. Some hospitals are stepping forward by establishing meetings to provide employees with a safe space to openly discuss what is going on, ask questions and express feelings. Other hospitals and clinics are struggling to find ways to deal with the vast array of emotions that their employees are feeling.
