Wishing you all a belated happy Independence Day! When the summer months begin, the truth of time flying is a constant reminder. As we continue to face the challenges of the new reality, we must take time to recharge and prepare for the second half of 2022. Six months until 2023, and I'm always wondering what I can do to meet either my personal or organizational goals in that timeframe.

Please keep in mind that we are a resource for you to gain additional educational opportunities or to seek advice from the large number of fellow members in this association. As an ASHHRA member, all webinars are now FREE to you. Take a moment to log in to your account and make sure your membership is current and renew on time so you can continue taking advantage of your member benefits, such as access to ASHHRA Exchange, the HR Pulse magazine, and discounted member pricing on the HR Metrics Tool benchmarking survey and Career Center. Also, I’d like to remind you of the Professional Solutions Guide for your product and service needs.
