While it's still early in the year (although time is going by fast), it’s a good time to reflect and evaluate the incredible value your ASHHRA membership offers. For all of us, the value of membership means something different, and can change throughout the year. For some of us, the value of membership also comes from opportunities to give back to the health care HR community.

In the next several weeks, you will receive communication from ASHHRA announcing opportunities to serve as an ASHHRA Board Member. I encourage each of you to review and consider roles to share your time and talent with this phenomenal team. I am thankful for all of the volunteers, past and present, as they have influenced me in different ways. YOU can make a difference and YOUR contributions continue the success of the ASHHRA organization and its impact on others.
