Dear HR Colleagues, 

Over and over this past year, I’ve heard people describe ASHHRA as the place and space for the “best conversations,” “incredible networking” and “rich learning.” I’ve heard appreciation for, and recognition of, the value of our efforts such as the WPV partnership, podcasts that deliver relevant insights from peers, bi-weekly CEU-earning webinars, apprenticeship programs and of course, valuable opportunities to come together in person (such as conferences and the ASHHRA Executive Summit). 

This enthusiasm (and the accompanying results!) doesn’t just happen. It happens when you tell ASHHRA leadership what you need and share your stories. It happens when we listen, and we continue to innovate in ways that support you. I have been privileged to see firsthand the dedication of the ASHHRA team, the board and the committees. They all come together and work diligently to bring you the best — which is why we are second to none! 

In the season of Thanksgiving, I want to thank you for the opportunity to lead this wonderful organization.
