Helping Hands Project, 10:00 a.m. – noon, Concourse A
Take a moment to help ASHHRA support Hospitality House of Charlotte, a 20-bedroom house that provides equitable access to healthcare for patients in medical crisis by providing lodging for patients and their families while receiving treatment at a Charlotte medical facility. We'll be writing encouragement cards and filling care bags together.

IMPORTANT: Each person must have a ticket to enter the venue. This event is not included with conference registration and requires a separate ticket, so make sure you add the Social Event ticket(s) to your cart during registration or purchase one before you get to Charlotte! To purchase a ticket after you've completed registration, log back in to connected.ASHHRA.org and on the side navigation, click on Online Store > Conference Add Ons and add the Social Event ticket to your cart. Complete the checkout process and your ticket will be printed with your badge when you get onsite.
