In less than a week, the ASHHRA21 Virtual Conference will deliver a dynamic keynote speaker, innovative breakout sessions, engaging networking activities and a variety of opportunities for health care HR professionals like YOU to connect on the most pressing issues facing the health care field.

If you haven't registered yet, it's not too late! Register this week so you can access the platform ahead of the live event to get familiarized and update your profile to make connecting easier.

Conference attendees can earn up to 7 CEUs, with the flexibility to watch as much as you want post-conference. Registrants who attend ASHHRA21 live on April 26-27, will automatically earn 7 CEUs.

Inside each live session will be the "Survey" button. Fill out the survey for each session you attend. If you miss the live session, you will be able to complete the survey once the recording is posted for on-demand viewing as well. Your feedback is very important and helps us to continue delivering high-quality educational content.  

Be Prepared

• Log in to the platform as soon as you get the link and explore the virtual event space. It is accessible starting Wednesday, April 21, to give you time to update your profile and get familiar with the platform.
• Get your favorite headshot ready for upload to complete your profile and make connecting easier.
• Be realistic about your schedule and plan ahead for any necessary breaks for snacks, family time or work check-ins.

Avoid Distractions

• Set your out-of-office email message, just like you would if your were at an in-person event.
• Close other programs (or even computer monitors) whose alerts might be take your attention away.
• Mute your phone or set a do-not-disturb -- this goes for Slack too.
