Beginning Sunday morning, keep an eye out for your copy to arrive each morning of the conference.

On Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon, lend a hand and take a moment to help create friendship bracelet kits and superhero masks for pediatric patients and their siblings staying at Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. Fidelity Investments has selected them to be this year’s beneficiary of the Helping Hands Project. Stop by the tables near registration area to share some inspiration. After Sunday, visit Fidelity in booth 312 in the exhibit hall to write a note of encouragement.

Don’t miss our official Welcome Reception on Sunday from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., at the Fort Worth Water Gardens, right outside of the convention center. This is the kickoff event for our conference and it’s a great way to experience some southern hospitality, enjoy a drink and snack, and mingle with friends new and old. All attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to attend.

 
Don't Miss Out on Tuesday Night's Closing Social Event – Denim and Diamonds!
 
   

Get your denim and diamonds ready and round out your conference experience with this signature ASHHRA event! Billy Bob’s Texas is a famous country music honky-tonk located in the Fort Worth Stockyards. For over 42 years, Billy Bob’s has hosted the biggest stars in country music and classic rock and is known for its live bull-riding, line dancing and its 30 bars.

Social Event ticket holders may take advantage of the free shuttle buses provided by ASHHRA from the Convention Center, for the 10-minute drive to Billy Bob's Texas. The shuttles will run a continuous loop between the two locations from 5:30 to 9:15 p.m.

IMPORTANT: Each person must have a ticket to enter the venue. This event is not included with conference registration and requires a separate ticket, so make sure you add the Social Event ticket(s) to your cart during registration or purchase one before you get to Fort Worth! Secure your tickets before they sell out (and they will!).

 
From the Exhibit Hall

The ASHHRA24 Exhibit Hall is a great resource throughout the conference!

Featuring 100-plus prominent companies in healthcare HR offering innovative information and strategies, the exhibitors play a pivotal role in the success of the conference. Thank them by visiting their booths and learning about what they have to offer. Be sure to complete your Search for Solutions entry form as you visit each booth so you can qualify for incredible prizes!

Don't miss the Exhibit Hall's Rapid Fire Sessions in the Education Theatre (behind aisle 800), short educational sessions for attendees to learn about innovative solution-based services or products and earn CEUs. After each session, connect with the speaker at their respective company booth to learn more.

Lunch will be in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday. And be sure to show exhibitors your appreciation by coming back on Monday afternoon from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. for the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour: Cows, Cocktails and Cowboy Hats! You won't want to miss this opportunity for a cocktail, a photo opportunity with some adorable mini-Highland cows, and to decorate your own cowboy hat!

New this year: Be sure to pack a book to share at the conference, as part of the ASHHRA24 Book Exchange. The idea is simple: Bring a book/Take a book. Bring a book (or several) to the conference to give away. Drop it off at the Book Exchange table in the exhibit hall and take peruse through the books your fellow attendees brought to share. All of the books are FREE for the taking, so you and your fellow attendees can spread the knowledge of shared literature. You can also leave a note inside your giveaway book for the next person who reads it!

Get your photos delivered right to you in your own private gallery! The event photographer will be taking photos throughout the conference and you just might be in them! If you’d like to receive photos captured of YOU, simply scan the QR code on page 4 of the Onsite Program to sign up.

For your convenience, a mobile app has been created for the ASHHRA24 Conference. The app has the full schedule, maps, information about the exhibit hall, exhibitors and sponsors, speakers, and the most up-to-date information throughout the conference. You can download the app now on either Android or iOS phones.
 
Registered attendees should have received an email from ASHHRA Annual Conference with instructions to download this year’s mobile app. Check your spam folder, in case it gets filtered. We recommend opening the link from your mobile device for the best experience.

  • Wondering what to wear? Conference attire is business casual. And while the forecast looks pleasantly warm, it's always a good idea to wear layers to prepare for potentially cold conference rooms. 
  • COVID-19 concerns? ASHHRA24 will follow local guidelines for all events. Masks, negative COVID tests and vaccinations are encouraged but NOT required to attend. Please do what makes you comfortable and be respectful of others. 
  • Explore our exhibitors. Check out our exhibitors on page 28 of the Onsite Program and thank them for supporting the conference by visiting their booth and learning about how they can help you find solutions to the HR challenges you face.
