There’s no cost to attend, and all classes will be led by a certified yoga instructor. A healthy start to your day means you’ll have the strength to tackle any recruitment and retention challenges that may come your way! Participants will receive a complimentary yoga mat.

Extended hours at the Cyber Café allow you to check email at your convenience. It is located in the Registration area.

This isn’t just any Resource Center, it’s also a full-service information station. It has books by renowned authors in the field of health care HR, tools, resources and survey reports for you to reference. This session will be led by two CHHR-certified health care HR leaders. It will provide an overview of the required CHHR competencies and address attendee questions for individuals anticipating taking this examination later this year or in the future. The facilitator(s) will provide an overview of the required CHHR competencies with suggestions on how to prepare and address your questions.

Learning sessions represent professional levels that include new-to-the-profession, mid-level managers, strategic leaders, as well as the new non-hospital designation and the five core competencies for health care HR leadership. Each session has been defined with professional identifiers and symbols from the ASHHRA HR Leader Model. 

Before you decide which sessions to attend, reflect on the professional challenges you have faced in your role as an HR professional in the past year, then match your career needs to the wide and varied range of choices.

The exposition is one of the highlights of the conference. With more than 200 of the most prominent companies in health care HR, you will walk away with information and strategies that will be useful to you once you return to your office.
