Recap: Immersive Pre-Con Power Sessions a Big Success

For the first time, the ASHHRA Annual Conference & Exposition offered a day of Pre-Conference Power Sessions on Saturday, September 24. Pre-conference registrants took part in all-day immersion tracks specifically created to take a deep dive into enhancing targeted skills, increasing their knowledge base and acquiring implementable strategies.
The purposely intimate Power Sessions focused on four critical areas: Leadership, Labor and Legislative, Talent Strategy and CHHR certification, with sessions led by some of the industry's most sought-after speakers, health care HR leaders and strategic partners.
Power Session participants had the opportunity to ask questions and strategize with their colleagues and speakers, during these in-depth learning opportunities.
