Communicating vision and aiming efforts
Each year, health care human resource (HR) professionals come together to learn from one another, get inspired, and connect with old and new friends alike. And Orlando, Florida – one of the most magical places on earth – is a fitting destination for attendees to gather to get inspired, create ‘magic,’ and set the bar higher for themselves and their organizations.

While it can be argued that Walt Disney was one of the greatest businessmen in American history, he was the first to admit that he couldn’t do it alone. He knew that in order to be successful, he had to motivate and inspire his team to be as passionate about a project as he was. And, as a result, Walt had to master the art of communicating his vision to his team.

As health care HR professionals, that’s the very premise of what we do on a daily basis: we bring together our teams to create patient-centric cultures in order to deliver the best care possible. The work we do every day – coordinating, inspiring, caring for and motivating those who care for patients – directly impacts positive outcomes in both our employees’ – and patients’ – lives.
