The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to simple and complex HR inquiries from employees and managers via telephone, chat and the web-based case management portal. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for processing HR transactions that support workforce administration and some components of recruiting and onboarding, learning administration, benefits administration, payroll and rewards including employee data security and accuracy and employee file and HR records maintenance.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment sourcing, selection and hiring activities. The Senior Recruiter will achieve success through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Senior Recruiter will develop and execute recruiting plans, network, perform job analysis to develop and/or update job descriptions and develop and maintain data and reports.

Blends HR expertise with project management skills to lead, plan, organize and implement a wide variety of HR projects and systems to support strategic decisions, programs and initiatives. Assumes responsibility for projects from original concept through final implementation. Leads the processes for collecting, analyzing, managing and interpreting HR data across multiple HR functions.

Under the direction of the CCHHS System Payroll Director, serves as a payroll processing liaison within a defined division of the Cook County Health and Hospitals System (CCHHS). Ensures payroll process is in compliance with Cook County and CCHHS policies and procedures as well as collective bargaining agreements; ensures departmental compliance with same.
