Provides strategic HR and talent consulting/advising to the executive team at an HCA facility (or executives of HCA Lines of Business within a designated region) creating the desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through HCA's policies, programs and practices. Reports to the Regional VP of HR for that geography and proactively works with all HCA HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Centers.

This position frequently interacts with high-level contacts and has exposure to sensitive information necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

Under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, maintains responsibility for the integrity and functionality of the hospital’s compensation program and HR computerized systems. Prepares market analysis of hospital salaries to assist director with determining whether the hospital is paying salaries that are equitable and competitive. Assists with the development, communication and implementation of all the components of the recognition and rewards program for the inclusion of base pay, bonuses and incentives where applicable. Creates reports, customized functions and integration of HR systems into all aspects of HR operations.

The Director of HR Strategic Services partners with executives and business leaders to develop and align HR strategy to address business needs and to meet business strategic objectives.
