The University of Miami has an exciting opportunity for a talented and innovative human resources leader to oversee the daily operations of human resources at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Hospitals. The ideal candidate will provide HR and talent consulting/advising to the hospital executive teams as well as strategic and tactical support and expertise regarding labor relation matters. The Executive Director, HR, will partner with the hospital leadership teams to analyze and prioritize critical business challenges while providing HR recommendations in collaboration with HR leaders to ensure consistency within the organization.
