Fletcher Allen Health Care, Vermont’s academic medical center and founding member of the Fletcher Allen Partners health system, is seeking a Director of Talent Management to join our Human Resources team. The Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction related to all areas of Talent Management for Fletcher Allen. He or she is charged with the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive, innovative Talent Management programs and services for the organization.

Functions as a fully integrated team member in the operations of assigned areas. Acts as a primary point of HR contact for employees and managers in assigned areas. Facilitates solutions that contribute to business goals, objectives and priorities. Provides comprehensive Human Resources consultation, guidance and support. Works with leaders to coach, develop, and build engagement among team members. Maintains utmost confidentiality in all dealings. Drives talent and performance management in partnership with Organizational Development.

This leadership position reports to the VP of Business Development and will oversee the full scope of Community Hospital's human resource function: recruiting, compensation, benefits, records management, employment compliance, and employee relations. Working with two direct reports -- Benefits Coordinator and HR Assistant – this HR team will champion the Hospital’s goal to become one of the best places to work in Colorado.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the daily operation of Human Resources to include, but not be limited to, employment, recruitment, records, compensation and benefits, data collection and reporting, policy development, and interpretation, employee health, orientation, training and development, reward and recognition.

In this highly visible role, successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for strategy, development, compliance and administration of compensation, benefits and HRIS programs. In addition, candidate should have demonstrated leadership skills necessary in leading a team and building collaborative partnerships with internal customers.

The Director of Human Resources implements all elements of Seasons' Human Resource Strategy (Recruitment, On-boarding, Retention, Performance Management, Employee Development, Compensation, Rewards/ Recognition, and Succession Planning) through the coaching and training of others. The Director of Human Resources ensures compliance with Human Resources policies, procedures and practices, as well as applicable federal, state and local laws, in addition to Medicare and Joint Commission requirements.

Position is responsible for providing leadership to SIU School of Medicine, Office of Human Resources, in carrying out its mission of supporting, planning and the administration of the employment related function of the Medical School as well as its faculty practice and university related organization, SIU HealthCare. As the Senior Human Resources Director, this position is responsible for the overall administration of human resource policies, programs and practices including driving change, providing leadership, both internally within the Office of Human Resources and externally to the administration and faculty as well as the campus population. 

This is an exceptional opportunity to provide benefit support to all business units within AtlantiCare. In this role, you will work with vendors to ensure compliance to established contracts; lead the work pertaining to the regulatory filings, including plan testing, audits, plan documents, PPACA, 5500s and post-retirement evaluations; analyze and prepare data for various committees, including the Health and Wellness Steering Committee and Due Diligence Committee; and continually seek out opportunities for process improvement within our existing programs, including new or pertinent products or services for employer-sponsored benefit programs.

This position supports the Human Resources Department by providing recruiting and HR consulting services. 

The position of Human Resources Consultant (HRC) is comparable in many ways to a Human Resources manager position. The incumbent provides support to designated business units in their day-to-day operational needs as well as development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business strategic imperatives. 

The Human Resources Division provides entity support to all major locations in the Sharp HealthCare system. All entity Human Resources offices are managed centrally by the Vice President of Employee/Labor Relations and Recruitment Strategies. The HR Director at each site manages their staff and offers services that meet the entity needs.
