Manage a staff of ten HR professionals responsible for Moffitt’s compensation , benefits and recognition and rewards plans, policies and procedures. Also manages the staff and faculty services area which includes oversight of the on-site and back-up child care, the gift shop and salon. Responsible for ensuring Moffitt’s compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and governing body guidelines. Position requires interaction with all levels of the organization as well as vendor management.

Administers Moffitt's retirement plans on a day-to-day basis including serving as the primary contact for Moffitt team members and external contacts, coordinating the annual plan audit, working with the retirement plan recordkeeper and providing data for compliance testing and annual filings, ensuring compliance with all legal and ERISA regulations including mailings, disclosures, form 5500 and 8955-SSA filings, resolving issues and questions, performing account reconciliations, ensuring funding/wire transfers and electronic files are accurate, etc.

As a key member of the HR senior leadership team, reporting to the SVP of HR the AVP of HR has direct accountability for the HR function for the Inova System Offices. The Inova System Office employs over 2,000 FTE’s. This role is responsible for the operational implementation of the HR strategic plan, talent management, employee/labor relations, and employment practice. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic and analytical skills; understand productivity issues and efficiencies to be gained, and the ability to develop solid metrics and benchmarks for process improvement. 

The Associate Hospital Director of Human Resources is a strategic member of their entities Senior Teams and is responsible for the daily HR operations of their organization. This position ensures that all Human Capital Services are being properly communicated and rolled out to their employees, leaders, and physicians so that they can properly utilize such services. The Associate Hospital Director ensures that all HR goals and objectives are met for their entity. This position also provides guidance on the workforce strategic plan and assists on steering committees and systemwide projects as necessary and manages the HR operations staff at their entities. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and coach people and possess excellent analytical and customer service skills.

The HIM (Health Information Management) Director is responsible for leading and directing health information management services across the multi-facility integrated healthcare delivery system; striving for compliance and promoting best practices and education in all areas.

This position serves as an expert consultant, coach and leader of organizational change to enhance organizational effectiveness. This position will help plan, coordinate, develop, and deliver organizational wide initiatives that builds organizational effectiveness, creates a talent infrastructure, oversee various talent management programs, and supports and lead organizational change. Utilizing a blended learning approach to adult learning principles will be imperative.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, manages the compensation, benefits, health and wellness function for all of Mon Health System. Mentors, coaches and supervises all staff in these areas. Recommends and installs approved, new, or modified plans and employee benefit policies; employee health policies and services; and employee wellness and disease management programs.

The Human Resources Director is responsible to help create an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to improve performance and being responsible for the operation of the department, measurement, assessment and continuous improvement of the department's performance.

Assists in the administration of the laboratory department. Coordinates a wide variety of administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to ensure efficient operation of all clinical laboratories. Coordinates the activities of staff in performing assays to generate clinical data for diagnosis and treatment of disease. Looking for someone to grow the outreach business as well as continue the excellence of the lab itself. Staff of over 150 to include phlebotomist, couriers, registrars, MLT, MT's, as well as seasoned supervisors.

The Laboratory Systems and Services - Beaker Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects and phases of the Epic Beaker implementation project. Scope of the role includes using industry standard project management tools and working with a cross-functional team comprised of systems analysts, laboratory professionals, technical specialists and other staff to ensure the Epic Beaker project is completed on time and within budget. The Beaker Project Manager reports directly to the Beaker Program Director.

The IT Project Manager under general direction is responsible for developing, closing and managing all aspects of a unit/department's IT projects. The incumbent integrates user needs, collaborates with Technical Specialists, makes assessment and implements project plans. Scope of the role includes working with a project team that may include physicians, clinic staff, and other staff associated with an IT project from a unit or department. The incumbent manages IT projects and assists Project Managers and Directors on IT projects such as systems selection, design, database building, training, testing, activation and post activation activities.

The Manager, ERP Systems and Services is responsible for managing the delivery of services using the Lawson ERP suite of applications. The position combines managerial responsibilities with hands-on technical expertise. The Manager is responsible for appropriate staffing, staff management, performance management and overall scheduling. This is a highly visible senior leadership role that will be in front of client executive leadership to provide progress reports, forecasts, or analysis of various situations regarding the support of ERP systems.

In collaboration with appropriate clinical departments, relevant support departments, and information technology, the Senior Clinical Systems Analyst supports the core functions of the hospital's clinical and non-clinical information systems to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This position works closely with Informaticists and in some cases directly with clinicians in the design, implementation, workflow optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to Epic and other clinical applications.

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for the design and the development of complex reporting solutions. This individual will work with team members, users, and others to triage requests, define requirements, design, develop and deploy high-quality reporting solutions that meet current and future foreseeable user needs utilizing SHC's tools and infrastructure.

We currently seek a Full Time, experienced Service Line Administrator for our Cancer Care Program. Our services include a comprehensive cancer center, Medical Hematology/Oncology and infusion services, Radiation Medicine including SBRS and Gamma Knife, Surgical oncology, and Tumor Registry.  

The IT Business Systems Analyst, Applications Integration supports a multitude of interfaces between clinical and non-clinical applications to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This position will install, configure, administer and support Epic Bridges, InterSystems Ensemble Service Bus and Cache databases with minimal guidance from senior members of the team. The position will have a good understanding of FTP and SFTP scripting, message queuing and other interface techniques. It will also have knowledge of Epic modules and how they integrate with each other and how they integrate with other non-Epic applications.
