Job Qualifications: EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field required. Master's degree is preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) years of related Human Resources experience, with at least two (2) years working in a management role required. Proven success leading large-scale compensation-related projects and experience working with compensation and HRIS systems required. Exceptional database management skills and strong analytical skills are essential. LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: None OTHER CREDENTIALS: PHR/SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resource Management preferred. CCP certification from World at Work preferred.

The Health Information Data Compliance Manager will monitor the productivity of staff and perform regular coding accuracy reviews to ensure compliance guidelines from regulatory agencies and the hospitals policies/procedures. As the Health Information Data Compliance Manager you will need to maintain a level of expertise regarding the CMS RAC audit programs while monitoring retrospective audits for the RAC target areas.

The Coding Specialist is responsible for coding and abstracting inpatient records utilizing ICD-9 diagnosis and procedure codes, in accordance with coding conventions and guidelines. This requires thorough review of the medical record to validate assigned codes, assure optimum reimbursement and accurate abstraction of required data. Must be able to recognize when further documentation is necessary for accurate code assignment and appropriately query the physician (or others) for clarification.

The Outpatient Coding Specialist is responsible for coding and abstracting outpatient medical records such as emergency department, outpatient surgery, medical procedures and observation records utilizing ICD-9-CMand CPT-4 codes. This requires thorough review of the medical record to validate assigned codes for optimal APC reimbursement, as well as to assist in research, statistical, financial planning and marketing initiatives.

The Professional Fee Coder is part of a team which has full responsibility for the efficient and accurate flow of coded charges. Applies the appropriate diagnoses, surgical and procedural codes to individual patient health information for data retrieval, analysis and claims processing. Works closely with departments to optimize reimbursement, ensure charge capture, reduce late charges and provide feedback to providers. Provides physicians routine feedback on documentation and compliance standards. Resolves pre-bill edits and appropriate follow-up. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.

This position is responsible for leadership and oversight of professional nursing practice and patient care excellence for the inpatient hospital adult medical surgical units within St. Luke's Boise and St. Luke's Meridian Medical Center.  The Senior Director is responsible for the selection, development, and support of individual Patient Care Unit Directors and/or Nurse Managers; design, implementation and evaluation of the care delivery model, quality of patient care, and clinical operations. The Senior Director will work collaboratively with physician leaders, other disciplines and departments to ensure that clinical and quality improvement programs/initiatives are well planned and that services are fully integrated to ensure patient-centered, exemplary empirical outcomes.
