The Talent Management Analyst provides support and data management, data integrity, and reporting related to the talent management system. This position is responsible for utilizing a variety of configurations and maintenance tools of the applicant tracking software. The Analyst maintains the applicant tracking software, HRIS Master Tables, notifications, job catalog, and assessment administration, department and position codes, and job seeker and access setup. This position will assist with benefits enrollment, recruitment, compensation, and overall human resources department initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: Maintain the efficient operation of the Cancer Program, including all aspects of the Cancer Registry, Cancer Committee and Cancer Conference. Abstracts new patient summary for each new Intake patient appointment. Communicates to Intake regarding missing records and completion status of new patient oncology note. Acts as back-up to Cancer Registry Abstractor for case abstracting, case finding, incident reporting, follow up data entry. Attends meetings for tumor and breast board meetings and completes follow up data entry. Maintain efficient and quality cancer registry database for continuation of accreditation standards of the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Ensure that patient follow-up rates are at least 95%. Reports data to the Arizona Central State Cancer Registry.

This role has primary responsibility for the development, implementation and day-to-day operations of Valley Health compensation, health and welfare benefits and retirement plans. Ensures integration with the executive compensation and executive flexible programs. Works closely with key stakeholders, internal and external to VHS, to deliver programs that meet the needs of the VHS business (i.e., acquisition and retention of key talent) balancing program design with cost containment.

The VPHR reports to the CEO, David Acker, and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The HR team has eight members, led by two direct report managers. Selected specific primary responsibilities include: Provide overall leadership of the human resource function including: organizational design/development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, succession planning and leadership development, training and development, selection and staffing, on-boarding, performance management, and HRIS.

In this role, you will interpret policies and procedures and monitor the implementation of collective bargaining agreements; advise and counsel department managers on employee issues including discipline and discharge; and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions necessary to limit potential sources of employee conflicts and grievances and improve employee climate.

Reporting to the CEO, the vice president of human resources is responsible for the overall operations and strategic planning of EvergreenHealth»s human resource department. This executive will be an integral part of the leadership team and work closely with the CEO to develop a strategic workforce plan for the organization. He/she will strive to create a "talent management» environment which makes HR strategy a critical factor for success in the organization.

The Chief Human Resources Officer is a member of senior leadership and has responsibility for setting department mission and vision that contributes to the overall facility mission and vision. This executive also participates in the development of an annual operating and capital budget; monitors expenses and takes corrective action to reverse negative outcomes; and maintains responsibility for the administration of the facility»s wage and salary functions to provide the most effective and cost efficient programs for recruitment and retention.

In this key position, you will be responsible for driving and supporting benefits programs and processes with a focus on quality of outcomes and superior service; serving as the primary advisor to senior management on matters related to benefits design, administration and outreach; and monitoring and overseeing compliance of customer service, stakeholder relations, workforce and financial goals and objectives.

Maintain complete ownership of each executive search he/she is assigned. Facilitate initial conversations with regional, home office and/or hospital client. The Imaging Services Director is a leadership position created to enhance the quality and performance outcomes related to patient care, patient safety, value care, and efficiency within the Imaging teams. The Imaging Services Director will work with the Vice President, Operations RRMC in a collaborative team model to achieve the goals of the organization regarding performance, value care, process redesign, efficiency, and patient safety.
