Nicotine policy

Recently asked on ASHHRA Exchange:

"[We have] a zero tolerance nicotine policy and currently do not consider applicants for hire if they are a nicotine user. Due to the shift in hiring needs and the available applicant pool, we have considered modifying the policy. I am looking for feedback as to how other facilities manage nicotine use (i.e. zero tolerance, increased premiums, smoking cessation, etc.)."
