On behalf of the Broward section of Florida ASLA, I would like to invite you to the next Social and Happy Hour, we will be showcasing a local design firm. HM Design, an international award winning holistic practice, will be hosting the evening at their Art Deco office on May 13th, and we are happy to announce that two landscape manufacturing companies are sponsoring the event AND will be showcasing their green products! - LANDSCAPEFORMS and OldCastle. You will also get a ‘behind the scenes" tour of a unique office which last November was one of only four firms in the world invited to present at the ASLA National Conference in Chicago.
We have a fun and memorable evening planned out with craft beer, vegan wine, organic snacks and live music! Also included will be a tour by Hitesh Mehta FASLA FAAK from HM Design of their latest project – a 100% native home garden using only native plants and eco- products. The garden has been certified as a Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation and received one of the highest ratings by Naturescape Broward. Hope to see you there!!!
