For the 2019 seminar we are aiming to have similar success as in the previous 25 events and hope to achieve more participants this year as we had in 2017 when 169 delegates from 77 Companies and Organisations enjoyed two very good days in Bergen listening to the 28 speakers and participating in lively discussions relating to the diving industry.

INDUSTRY NEWS
The Navy Revision 6 (Navy Rev. 6) was formally issued on April 15, 2008. It superseded Navy Rev. 5, dated August 2005. Navy Rev. 6 represented the largest changes in diving procedures since 1956 as the Navy made major changes to its decompression procedures using air and/or oxygen. The changes in Navy Rev. 6 "Air" in water decompression are signficant as they eliminated the 10 foot stop by changing the last stop to 20 foot and they added in water decompression for dives that had previously required either no in water decompression or short duration water stops.

Awards and tributes presented to dive pioneer Dick Rutkowski might outweigh the two large hyperbaric chambers at his Key Largo instructional center for clinical and medical seminars. The total got heavier still when the Association of Diving Contractors International tapped Rutkowski as its 2019 choice to join its Commercial Diving Hall of Fame.
