February 28 marked day one of two ACCG County Days at the Capitol. Due to the event being held on Crossover Day (for the first time ever) the event was highly anticipated among officials. More than 100 of Georgia's prestigious county leaders registered for the event representing a total of 43 counties. Speakers included Gov. Nathan Deal, House Speaker David Ralston, Department of Revenue Commissioner Lynne Riley, and Local Government 911 Authority Director Michael Nix.
