The Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) approved the 2016 Edition of the Manual for Erosion and Sediment Control in Georgia on November 19, 2015. The 2016 Edition of the Manual as well as the Equivalent Best Management Practices (BMP) List became effective for use on January 1, 2016.
