The ACCG - Group Self-Insurance Workers’ Compensation Fund (ACCG-GSIWCF) Board voted to return a $4 million dividend to eligible members that renew their membership effective January 1, 2021.  An additional $4 million cash return was also approved for eligible members who maintain their membership in the program. 
  
The ACCG Civic Affairs Foundation is accepting grant applications for the 2021 Georgia County Internship Program (GCIP) through Dec. 31, 2020. The GCIP offers first-hand internship experiences to undergraduate and graduate level college students in county government. 
  
Take a moment of your day to listen to a few encouraging words from ACCG Third Vice President Henry Craig. “Minute Moments with ACCG Leadership”, is a monthly video series running through December 2020 that provides each ACCG officer a minute moment to share a few encouraging words with county officials throughout the state. 
  
County officials now have the opportunity to shop ACCG apparel items in the online ACCG store! From now until Monday, Dec. 21, shop online with us to purchase your very own ACCG-branded apparel such as jackets, golf shirts, and dress shirts. Promotional items such as messenger bags and water bottles are also available.
  
Check out this months intern, Ty’kia Johnson, and her experience as an intern with the Cusseta-Chattahoochee Animal Control Department. During her internship, she gained new communication and marketing skills that helped her quickly adapt to her new work environment.

The Immigration Report Collection System managed by the Department of Audits and Accounts (DOAA) is now open for the reporting period of Dec. 1, 2019 through Nov. 30, 2020. The due date to complete the report is Dec. 31, 2020.
