Registration Now Open for Lifelong Learning Academy Summer CORE Session

This event will be the first in-person event that ACCG has hosted since early March!  We are excited to be partnering with our friends at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government (CVIOG) at the University of Georgia, and with our friends at Great Wolf Lodge, to bring you opportunities for education and training in the safest possible setting we can provide.
 
Three (3) opportunities for educational sessions being offered:

  • Economic Development (6-hour class; 1-day) - Thu., August 20, 2020
Registration: $235.00
  • Human Resources (6-hour class; 1-day) - Fri., August 21, 2020 
Registration: $235.00
  • Leadership Institute (12-hour class; 2-days) - Thu. & Fri., August 20-21, 2020
Registration: $245.00

The one-day classes will each begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m.  Breakfast and lunch are included with those classes.
 
Leadership Institute will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Day 1 and continue throughout the day until its conclusion at 7:30 p.m.  Day 2 will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m.  Breakfast and lunch are included both days, and dinner will be provided on Thursday evening.
 
Any individual - elected official or county staff member - who is interested in participating, must contact the County Clerk or the person who is responsible for registering individuals for ACCG events.
 

Health & Safety Protocol

  • All attendees are required to wear masks while attending the Summer LLA.
  • All Great Wolf, ACCG and CVIOG employees are required to wear masks.

  • ACCG reserves the right to take temperatures with a digital, touchless thermometer, and deny admission to anyone who tests over the threshold.
