Before the first ambulance is ready, a fire truck departs, or a single officer arrives, you are there, the most important people we the public will never see and could never thank enough: speaking words of comfort, providing clarity in uncertain times, focusing in the face of distress, and sacrificing health and wellness to serve and save. A lifeline at all hours. 

Having served as a sworn officer and deputy sheriff, I know firsthand the importance of our unsung heroes behind headsets and the critical role you play in orchestrating life-saving services. While a lot may have changed these past few years, some things haven't. You haven’t! Telecommunicators remain foundational frontline warriors in every aspect of emergency response and deserve national recognition and reclassification for your profession.
