Scott Wharton is the Vice President and General Manager of Logitech Video Collaboration. Since joining Logitech in 2015, Scott has led the Video Collaboration division to market leadership and over 600 percent growth. The Video Collaboration group is now one of the company’s largest and fastest-growing businesses. Scott has held market-leading roles throughout his career in next-generation communications companies such as Vidtel, BroadSoft, and VocalTec.

Sean McSpaden

Principal Legislative IT Analyst at Oregon Legislative Fiscal Office

Sean McSpaden is an executive-level IT professional with 30+ years of experience across private, non-profit, and public sectors. He has managed small businesses, served on boards of non-profit organizations, and held leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government, including Deputy State CIO from 2008 to 2013. Throughout his 25-year tenure in Oregon, Sean received numerous awards and participated in various committees, task forces, and associations at the state, regional, and national levels. He frequently presented at conferences worldwide. Sean holds an MBA and a Certificate of Public Management from Willamette University's Atkinson Graduate School of Management. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a Secret level clearance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Craig Orgeron

Senior Fellow, Center for Digital Government (Moderator)

Dr. Orgeron has extensive information technology experience in both the private sector and the federal and state levels of the public sector. Currently, Dr. Orgeron is a Professor of Management Information Systems in the Else School of Management at Millsaps College. After beginning his career as a communications-computer systems officer in the United States Air Force, he served as the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) and Chief Information Officer for the State of Mississippi. In this role, Dr. Orgeron provided statewide leadership in the provision of services that facilitated cost-effective information processing and telecommunication solutions for Mississippi government agencies and institutions.
